I’m back today with more of my favorite FREE resources for homeschooling, from Teachers Pay Teachers. I started the post of freebies here, but it got long! Today I will wrap it up with links to some more of my absolute favorites, and explain how I used them.

If you’re new to the Teachers Pay Teachers website, it’s pretty simple! It is a website/search engine, where you can search for very niche, specific products, all made by teachers, for teachers! Many homeschool moms I know haven’t heard of the website, but it is an incredible resource. There are a lot of budget resources on there too, but honestly, you can also find a treasure trove of free ones, too.

Alright, let’s pick up where we left off.

Here are some more of my favorite free resources for homeschoolers on TPT, and how I used them!

Addition & Subtraction word problems: I found this freebie when I was looking for supplements for my Co-Op Math class! I taught a class for Prek-K this past year at our co-op, that I called “Mini Mathematicians.” Because the age range is pretty big, and kids are at different stages of learning, there was a pretty big range of prior knowledge. Some kids hadn’t learned to count higher than 10, while others were counting past 100 and doing addition & subtraction. I grabbed this worksheet for “early finishers,” to have something constructive to do after completing other class work!

Adorable rainbow scallop borders: if you like making your own worksheets, signs for your kids, birthday decor or anything similar, TPT has *so much* free clip art! My favorite creators are Rainbow Sprinkle Studio, Creative Clips, and Whimsy Clips. I typically create things in Canva, or even just in Google Slides!

Blank writing page templates for K-2: these are awesome to have on-hand. I love that it has the little checklist at the bottom, to remind them to check for a period, capital letter, spaces, and other items.

Free Science, Geography and Spanish Resources for Homeschoolers

Candy Corn Science Experiment: I love doing a few school-related activities with my kids’ Halloween candy each year, and this is one of them! Awesome freebie for early elementary.

Me on the Map Flipbook: one of my favorite activities that I repeat every single fall! Me On The Map by Joan Sweeney is a book I ordered a few years ago, because I loved it so much. I knew I wanted to use it repeatedly in my homeschool over the years, with all four of my kids! This FREE printable is an awesome visual for kids to practice differentiating their street, city, county, state, country, and continent.

Alfabeto de Otono: probably one of the highest value freebies I’ve found, this 26-page freebie is a full color ABC poster set of Spanish words for fall!

Interactive Morning Binder freebie: I used this for my preschooler last year! I laminated each page (best laminator here, I’ve had mine for years!) I also added little Velcro dots to it, so my son uses those to secure his “answers” each day.

This Country Worksheet combined with This Country Research Worksheet gave me the bones for our Country Research Writing Project this past year. I can always find innovative ideas on TPT, and sometimes use them to supplement a project of my own making!

Story Map Graphic Organizer: My kids and I embarked on a big homeschool writing experiment last year, and these graphic organizers were awesome to use anything we were writing creative fiction!

Large printable coins here and here: I printed these off for my co-op class! I also used them at home for kindergarten instruction.

Christmas Math Patterning for Centers: these can be used so many ways! If you teach a large group at co-op, they’re great for stations or centers. If you are teaching at home, you can do them for PreK-1st grade math, an “I’m done” activity for early finishers, or something to keep little hands busy while you make dinner.

Back to School Getting To Know You Questionnaire: a great option, even if you only have a few kids! Get them some clipboards, and have them ask different family members these questions. You’ll be surprised how many they don’t know! Of course, this is also a fun big-group activity, at a micro school, co-op, or simple homeschool friend gathering.

Customizable Homeschool Student Checklist: this checklist is the basic version (only 2 pages) of the freebie available to blog subscribers (20 pages)! It is the editable template moms love, but in mini form!
